Who We Work With

We work with organisations and parts of organisations in almost any sector of endeavour, be they a service provider or manufacturer, government or voluntary sector, public or private. In fact any organisation that has pressing performance problems that just don’t seem to respond to conventional approaches, or when they do, simply move problems elsewhere in the organisation.

We tackle many different performance problems. The following gives you a sense of what we have done, but this is by no means a complete list of scenarios. Which of these scenarios are true for you?

Internal communications – There is not a consistent and clear enough understanding of the direction the organisation must take, or the progress it is making. This is the case at every level. How do we resolve this so that every employee is pulling in the same direction, and that managers appreciate what is really happening in the organisation?
Reduced waste/errors – I’m sure people don’t deliberately make mistakes or cause waste, but they do. It bleeds morale and profit, and every effort we make to change this has no effect – or makes it worse. Things weren’t always like this. How do we get on top of this?
Improved capacity & capability – We’ve always been able to match competition and change in the market. Now we’re struggling to increase capacity and capability quickly enough, and when we do, we struggle to maintain these new levels.
Staff retention & engagement – It seems that every effort we make to entice staff to stay seems to drive them away. They’re great people, and so are we, but we just can’t see why they won’t stay. And those that do stay seem very disinterested.
Effective training – Training is one of those things that everybody seems to value, at least in conversation. Yet when business gets a little tough it’s the first thing to be cut. How can we demonstrate to all that training really is valuable, enough to not be cut, especially when times get more challenging?
Merging cultures (after merger & acquisition) – How do we get two different organisations to work together? How do we prevent the new organisation being less than the sum of its parts? History is not kind on this point.

You are likely to be successful working with us if you are open to really getting underneath what is going on, and then implementing the solutions we help YOU create, in full.
